Worn timing chains are starting to become a real issue with this engine.

This extreme example shows the camshaft timing gear cracked and ready to let go. The pictures show the cracked gear and loose bolts. This customer was lucky not to have a complete engine failure.

If you hear any unusual noises from your engine or it sounds like it rattling, get it into a workshop ASAP!
